- Mix the dough well until it is very uniform.
- Grease the skillet well, if you don't have a nonstick one.
- In the well heated skillet, add the dough and let it bake on one side and then turn to bake on the other.
- Remove and you can fill as you wish, with Minas cheese, tomatoes, oregano and a personal touch on the seasonings.
