  1. Cut the fruits, put them in dindin bags, (I first put the kiwi, then the strawberry and finally the mango, but if you prefer you can put the mixed fruits), then with the help of a funnel, fill the bags with coconut water, tie a knot in the bag and take it to the freezer until it gets hard.
  2. Note: I used these fruits, but you can make them with the fruits of your choice. If they are too hard, remove them from the freezer a few minutes before eating.
  3. Note: No need to add sugar.
