- Oil for Frying to taste
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon

- Wheat1 cup
- Liquid whole milk1/2 cup
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- In a bowl, beat the eggs slightly. Add the sugar, salt and milk and stir some more to get homogeneous.
- Add the wheat flour gradually and mix well each time. Put the baking powder and stir to integrate.
- With a spoon, take a part of the dough and fry in hot oil, over low heat. Repeat with all the dough until finished.
- Tip: with each cupcake, moisten the spoon in the oil so that the dough does not stick to the spoon.
- Remove from pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Serve and enjoy this wonderful rain cake very warm!
