- Salt | 5 g
- Milk | 95 ml
- Water | 95 ml
- Oil | 45 ml
- Eggs | 2 unit(s)
- Sugar | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- In an aluminum mug add the water, milk and oil. Take it to the fire and let it boil.
- In the bowl add the sprinkle, sugar, salt and mix, then add the hot liquid over the sprinkle.
- Mix and wait for the dough to cool. Then add one egg at a time, mixing with your hands.
- Work in the dough until it comes away from your hands. When it's already very smooth, start modeling the cookies.
- Then it's just fried. With the fire off, add the cookies to the pan with oil, then turn on the fire and fry until golden.
