  • Iced milk1 cup
  • Eggs1 unit(s)

  1. ✏ First I separate the sprinkle in a basin and add the cold milk over it to moisten and the sprinkle is very wet.
  2. Add the hot oil to the wet sprinkle and stir to incorporate the dough.
  3. I add 1 egg first, knead it a lot and feel the dough to see if there is a need to add another egg. Usually one egg is enough; but if it is not and the dough is harder just put the other egg.
  4. Finish with 1 1/2 cup cheese and adjust salt.
  5. PLACE THE BISCUITS IN THE PAN WITH COLD OIL AND ONLY THEN TURN ON THE FIRE. IF FRYING MORE, WAIT FOR THE OIL TO COOL OR USE ANOTHER POT WITH COLD OIL. SO THE COOKIE DOESN'T BURST. .. .. Note ➡️ I've made it without cheese and it works too. ➡️ I've also made it by boiling milk and oil together to scald. ➡️ I've also tested changing the milk for water and boiling with oil and it worked. ➡️ If the dough is too soft, you can put sprinkle, and if it's hard, you can add more eggs. . .
