- Wheat for kibbeh300 g
- Hot water250 ml
- Chopped Onion1 to taste
- Chopped coriander1 to taste
- Chopped Parsley1 to taste
- Crushed Garlic Clove1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Seasoning1 to taste
- Ground beef300 g
- Boil 250 ml of water, then pour it into the kibbeh wheat to hydrate for 25 minutes or until you pull all the water.
- Then make a sauté with the garlic and onion and pour over the dough.
- Then add salt, seasoning, cilantro and parsley.
- Finally the ground beef, mix well until it forms a firm dough.
- Then form the kibe and fry in very hot oil.
