  • Chopped coriander1 to taste
  • Chopped Parsley1 to taste
  • Crushed Garlic Clove1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Seasoning1 to taste
  • Ground beef300 g
  1. Boil 250 ml of water, then pour it into the kibbeh wheat to hydrate for 25 minutes or until you pull all the water.
  2. Then make a sauté with the garlic and onion and pour over the dough.
  3. Then add salt, seasoning, cilantro and parsley.
  4. Finally the ground beef, mix well until it forms a firm dough.
  5. Then form the kibe and fry in very hot oil.
