Combine the oil, water and salt in a pan and bring to a boil.
Then, when it starts to boil, put it on the sprinkle and mix.
When mixed, add the two eggs and mix some more.
The dough will be a little soft.
Place the dough on a stone and knead, adding sprinkle little by little until it starts to release from the hands and stone. This is the point.
Now roll the dough making cookies not too thick as it grows when frying.
