- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Box of sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chimichurri to taste
- Green seasoning to taste
- Mayonnaise2 dessert spoon
- Mustard2 dessert spoon
- Milk1 tablespoon
- First start by cutting the chicken into strips and season with crushed garlic and salt.
- Dip them all in the flour first, then in the beaten eggs with a little milk (a large spoon, more or less), and finally in the crushed doritos.
- Fry in hot oil and let drain on paper towels.
- TO MAKE THE SAUCE: Just put all the ingredients in a container and mix everything. Simple as that... And the sauce is ready to taste with the fried chicken. This recipe is delicious, very dry and crunchy too! Enjoy your food!
