  1. Start by bringing the water, oil and milk to a boil. When it boils, throw it over the sprinkle and stir with a spoon so that all the sprinkle is moist.
  2. Wait for it to cool down.
  3. Add cheese and salt if needed. Add the eggs and mix with your hands until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hands.
  4. Shape the cookies and place in initially cold oil over medium heat. When golden means it's ready. Wait for the oil to cool down a bit before placing the second batch of cookies. They don't usually burst, but always be careful with frying. Enjoy your food!
