Mistura o sal no polvilho, junto com o ovo e meche bem até ficar bem soltinha a massa, em seguida despeje o leite fervendo, agora é só sovar bem a massa até ela dá o ponto e soltar da mão. 

Enrole como preferir e frite sempre em fogo baixo, de frio a morno, NUNCA quente. 

Depois só  se deliciar com um cafezinho 😋 

Mix the salt in the sprinkle, along with the egg and mix well until the dough is very loose, then pour the boiling milk, now just knead the dough well until it gives the point and let go of your hand.

Roll up as you prefer and always fry over low heat, from cold to lukewarm, NEVER hot.

Then just delight yourself with a coffee 😋
