- In a pan, add +or- a liter of oil, take pieces of the dough and make some snakes and add it to the cold oil (a good amount, but not too much because it swells) and only then turn on the fire (fry on low heat) and turn from once in a while, as soon as they fry, remove the cookies, turn off the heat and wait for the oil to cool down to make more cookies and so on until it runs out.
- Remembering that the oil can't be hot, put the cookies to fry. And no, they don't get soaked, because of the cold oil, you can do it without fear.
