Place the egg in a bowl, beat well, add the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, butter and milk, beat well, set aside.
Take the baking pan, grease it with butter, cut the loaves, each loaf into 5 slices.
Soak the breads well in the mixture we reserve and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden, once baked in sugar and cinnamon.
