- Cut the potato into strips and put it on the fire together with a pan with water until it is pre-cooked.
- Once cooked, drain and dry well.
- Put a pan of oil on the fire until it is very hot.
- While it's heating up, pass the potato in the cornstarch and when the oil is good, add the potatoes little by little (she needs to fry well to get crispy)
- To dry the oil, take a paper towel to help it dry better.
