  • Flour300 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast5 g
  • Water180 ml
  • Sugar10 g
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Cherry tomato or regular (chopped) to taste
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Basil to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Coarse salt to taste
  1. Put the yeast in a bowl of warm water.
  2. Oil the sugar and half of the wheat flour
  3. Add the salt with the rest of the flour.
  4. On a floured surface alone and the dough for 10 minutes
  5. Put a little oil on a cake and let it double in volume.
  6. In a greased shape with olive oil, place the dough, place the tomatoes, red peppers, cut into strips, basil, rosemary, olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt
  7. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
