- Wheat Flour300 g
- Warm water300 ml
- Biological Yeast10 g
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Heat the water until it reaches a medium temperature, not too hot and not too cold.
- Mix the yeast and sugar, let it act for 5 minutes.
- Sift the wheat flour and gradually add the mixture with the yeast.
- This dough does not knead, so stir the ingredients very well. One more detail, this dough is not like bread dough, it is soft and sticks to the hand.
- After the dough is very homogeneous, reserve the dough for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Make 3 folds in the dough during this rest time.
- Grease a mold well with olive oil and put the dough there and throw a little olive oil over the dough and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
- With wet fingertips, poke holes in the bed like slime.
- Decorate with things of your choice, here I used onion, garlic, grated parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Take to preheated oven at 180° until golden.
