  • Neutral Oat Flour25 g
  • Coconut Flour5 g
  • grated courgette30 g
  • Milk of choice20 ml
  • Spirulina powder1 coffee spoon
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano) to taste
  • Smoked Salmon to taste
  • Cherry Tomatoes to taste
  • Gorgonzola cheese to taste
  • Coconut oil to taste
  1. Beat the egg with the milk and the grated courgette.
  2. I added the sifted oat and coconut flours, spirulina, yeast and salt. I hit everything very well.
  3. I greased a pie pan with a little oil and sieved it with coconut flour. I put the dough, and took it to the microwave to cook for about 4 minutes. (I let it get undercooked and it was immensely tasty).
  4. I let it cool down, excavated the inside (so that I had a slight cavity). I stuffed it with sliced cherrie tomato, gongonzola cheese and the delicious slices of smoked salmon.
