- Recipe
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Neutral Oat Flour25 g
- Coconut Flour5 g
- grated courgette30 g
- Milk of choice20 ml
- Spirulina powder1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano) to taste
- Smoked Salmon to taste
- Cherry Tomatoes to taste
- Gorgonzola cheese to taste
- Coconut oil to taste
- Beat the egg with the milk and the grated courgette.
- I added the sifted oat and coconut flours, spirulina, yeast and salt. I hit everything very well.
- I greased a pie pan with a little oil and sieved it with coconut flour. I put the dough, and took it to the microwave to cook for about 4 minutes. (I let it get undercooked and it was immensely tasty).
- I let it cool down, excavated the inside (so that I had a slight cavity). I stuffed it with sliced cherrie tomato, gongonzola cheese and the delicious slices of smoked salmon.
