Fluffy Spirulina Tartlet with Smoked Salmon and Cherries


Bati o ovo com o  leite e a courgette ralada. 


Beat the egg with the milk and the grated courgette.

Adicionei as farinhas de aveia e côco peneiradas, a spirulina, o fermento e o sal.  Bati tudo muito bem. 

I added the sifted oat and coconut flours, spirulina, yeast and salt. I hit everything very well.

Untei c um pouco de óleo de 🥥 uma tarteleteira e peneirei com farinha de côco. Coloquei a massa, e levei ao micro a cozer por cerca de 4min. (Deixei ficar mal cozido e ficou imensamente saboroso). 

I greased a pie pan with a little oil and sieved it with coconut flour. I put the dough, and took it to the microwave to cook for about 4 minutes. (I let it get undercooked and it was immensely tasty).

Deixei arrefecer, escavei o interior (de forma a ficar com uma ligeira cavidade). Recheei com tomate cherrie fatiado, queijo gongonzola e as deliciosas fatias de salmão fumado.

I let it cool down, excavated the inside (so that I had a slight cavity). I stuffed it with sliced cherrie tomato, gongonzola cheese and the delicious slices of smoked salmon.
