  • Warm water500 ml
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast25 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Corn oil125 ml
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  1. In a bowl, add the warm water, sugar, salt and yeast, place the eggs, oil and wheat flour, remembering that the last ingredient must be added little by little.
  2. Hand in the dough to knead well until it doesn't stick to your hands anymore. Let it rest for an hour.
  3. Take the dough to a floured bench, divide the dough into 3 parts, with the help of a roll open each part and model the loaves.
  4. Place on a greased baking sheet, and cover with a cloth to rise for about 30 minutes or until doubled in volume.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
