- Warm water500 ml
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast25 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Corn oil125 ml
- Wheat flour1 kg
- In a bowl, add the warm water, sugar, salt and yeast, place the eggs, oil and wheat flour, remembering that the last ingredient must be added little by little.
- Hand in the dough to knead well until it doesn't stick to your hands anymore. Let it rest for an hour.
- Take the dough to a floured bench, divide the dough into 3 parts, with the help of a roll open each part and model the loaves.
- Place on a greased baking sheet, and cover with a cloth to rise for about 30 minutes or until doubled in volume.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
