Numa vasilha coloque os ovos, o sal, o açúcar, a essência e misture bem, acrescente o óleo, sempre misturando bem.

In a bowl place the eggs, salt, sugar, essence and mix well, add the oil, always mixing well.

Coloque o iogurte, as raspas de limão, o suco de limão, a farinha sempre mexendo, por último o fermento.

Put the yogurt, the lemon zest, the lemon juice, the flour, always stirring, finally the yeast.

Coloque em uma forma untada no forno até dourar.

Place in a greased shape in the oven until golden.
