  • condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • condensed milk1/2 unit(s)
  • Sweet Potato1 kg
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Sanitize the sweet potatoes, chop them into large cubes, without having to remove the skin, and place them in a pan.
  2. Cover the potatoes with water, cover and place over medium heat. Let it cook until soft.
  3. Drain the water, let the potatoes cool and carefully remove the skin.
  4. With a fork or potato masher, mash the potatoes in a bowl until you get a puree.
  5. Add the butter, eggs, condensed milk and mix well to incorporate.
  6. Add the grated coconut and chemical baking powder and mix gently.
  7. Place the dough in a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  8. Wait for it to cool down and then just try this wonderful cake!
