- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In the blender first beat the eggs, sugar, corn, oil.
- Soon after add the flocão and milk and beat more and finally add the baking powder.
- In the greased and infarinhada shape, light to bake in the preheated oven at 180° for 45 min or until golden.
- If you prefer, you can add grated coconut to the dough, and after it's baked you can sprinkle sugar with cinnamon.
