No liquidificador adicione os ingredientes líquidos primeiro e  coloque o Flocão e a farinha e bata por uns 2 minutinhos, acrescente o coco ralado e bata mais pouquinho, adicione o fermento em pó e bata apenas pra misturar. 


In the blender add the liquid ingredients first and put the Flocão and the flour and beat for about 2 minutes, add the grated coconut and beat a little more, add the baking powder and beat just to mix.


Coloque em fôrma untada e enfarinhada e leve para assar em forno pré aquecido 180 graus.

Place in greased and infarinhada form and take to bake in preheated oven 180 degrees.
