- Sugar1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese1 to taste
- In the blender place the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and mix well. Add the flakes mixture, finally the yeast mixture.
- Place in a greased and floured loaf tin.
- Add spoonfuls of cottage cheese on top of the dough.
- Preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
