- Wheat flour600 g
- Organic yeast for bread15 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Water200 ml
- In a bowl put the water, 100 grams of the wheat flour and the yeast. Mix well, cover with a cloth and let rise for 20 minutes.
- After rising, add all the other ingredients. Knead well and divide the dough into 15 pieces.
- Form balls and let rise for 30 minutes on a tray sprinkled with plenty of flour.
- Roll out the balls on a floured surface, passing the roll only 2 times and on the same side (do not turn the dough).
- Bake in a very hot oven (250 degrees) for approximately 10 minutes. Don't let it brown.
