  • Wheat flour600 g
  • Organic yeast for bread15 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Water200 ml
  1. In a bowl put the water, 100 grams of the wheat flour and the yeast. Mix well, cover with a cloth and let rise for 20 minutes.
  2. After rising, add all the other ingredients. Knead well and divide the dough into 15 pieces.
  3. Form balls and let rise for 30 minutes on a tray sprinkled with plenty of flour.
  4. Roll out the balls on a floured surface, passing the roll only 2 times and on the same side (do not turn the dough).
  5. Bake in a very hot oven (250 degrees) for approximately 10 minutes. Don't let it brown.
