- Recipe
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt (1 pinch) to taste
- Warm water until set1/2 cup
- Mix the flour, oil and salt
- Add the warm water little by little until the dough starts to come away from your hands.
- Knead until the ingredients are very homogeneous.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin forming a disk
- Bake both sides in a non-stick skillet and it's ready.
- This bread is very versatile and can be transformed into pizza, wrap and several other snacks.
