wheat flour1.1/2 cup
corn starch1/2 cup
chocolate powder (I used toddy)1 cup
yeast1 tablespoon
vanilla essence1 teaspoon
Grease: margarine0 to taste
Grease: sugar2 tablespoon
Grease: chocolate powder1 tablespoon
Syrup: condensed milk1/2 can(s)
Syrup: sour cream1/2 can(s)
Syrup: toddy6 tablespoon

Grease a mold with margarine and use the mixture (sugar and chocolate) to flour.
Beat the eggs, milk and oil in a blender, always beating, add the sugar, flour, starch, yeast and vanilla until well blended.
Spread half of this mass in the form, add the chocolate to the rest of the mass of the blender and hit a little to mix.
Pour over the other on the baking sheet, turn on the oven when placing the cake and bake for 25min at medium temperature (I used 180°)
Roof Mix condensed milk, milk cream and chocolate powder, bring to medium heat and stir until thickened.
As soon as the cake bakes, remove from the form and put the frosting on top.
