Flocão (flaked corn flour)

Comece molhando o Flocão com o leite e deixe hidratar por 15 minutos.

Start by wetting the Flocão with milk and let it hydrate for 15 minutes.

Após isso em um liquidificador coloque os ovos, açúcar, e o óleo e bata até que se misture bem.

After that, in a blender, place the eggs, sugar, and oil and beat until well blended.

Adicione o Flocão hidratado, bata bem. Com o liquidificador desligado coloque o coco e o fermento em pó e mexa com uma colher.

Add the hydrated Flocão, beat well. With the blender off, add the coconut and baking powder and stir with a spoon.

Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido à 180 graus por aproximadamente 35 minutos, até que fique douradinho.
