Ingredients

• Boiled and mashed sweet potato | 2 cup
• Oat flour | 1 cup
• Olive oil | 3 tablespoon
• Salt |  to taste
• Egg Yolk | 1 unit(s)
• Stuffing |  to taste

Recipe

1. Cook the sweet potato, remove the skin and mash it as if you were going to puree it.
2. Mix all the ingredients (mashed sweet potato, salt, olive oil and oatmeal) with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed.
3. Place the dough on a clean plastic sheet, place another plastic over the dough and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.
4. Use a mold pot to cut the dough into circles. Put the filling of your choice and close the pastries, using your fingers.
5. Brush egg yolk and bake for 30 min at 180°C, greased with olive oil.
6. Makes 8 pastries.
