- Slices of wholemeal bread2 unit(s)
- Chestnut or peanut paste2 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 teaspoon
- Chocolate flavored whey protein2 tablespoon
- Banana cut into slices to taste
- Mix the nut paste with the cocoa powder and Whey protein
- Put the slices of bread in the toaster and wait for it to toast.
- When the slices are ready put the chocolate protein cream
- On top add the banana slices
- Great pre workout option 💪
