  • Spoons of skimmed milk | 3 tablespoon
  • Oat flour (or oat bran) | 6 tablespoon
  • Baking powder | 1 coffee spoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Chia seeds |  to taste


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, beat the egg well with a fork.
  2. Add the milk, oatmeal, chia seeds (optional), salt and beat well.
  3. Add the yeast and beat to incorporate. Then microwave for about 2 minutes.
