Fit bread with sesame

- medium egg | 1 to taste
- Spoons of skimmed milk | 3 tablespoon
- Oat flour (or oat bran) | 6 tablespoon
- Baking powder | 1 coffee spoon
- Salt | to taste
- Chia seeds | to taste
- In a microwave-safe bowl, beat the egg well with a fork.
- Add the milk, oatmeal, chia seeds (optional), salt and beat well.
- Add the yeast and beat to incorporate. Then microwave for about 2 minutes.
