- Whole wheat flour1 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Coconut oil or one of your choice1 cup
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1/2 cup
- Blend all the liquid ingredients in the blender along with the banana.
- Mix the ingredients beaten in the blender with the whole wheat flour, the oat flour and sugar and finally the yeast.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven in a greased and floured shape at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until you notice that it is ready. A great healthy snack option
