- Filet Mignon400 g
- Puff pastry100 g
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Grana Padano cheese100 g
- Cut the filet mignon into strips and season with salt and pepper to taste, set aside for 20 minutes.
- Cut the puff pastry into strips and roll over the Filet Mignon strips.
- Spread egg yolk over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.
- Serve sprinkled with parsley and a sliver of grana padano cheese.
- If desired, serve with a sauce of your choice. Enjoy your food!
