  • warm milk1 cup
  • Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour4 tablespoon
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder2 tablespoon
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Melted Guava1/2 cup
  1. Warm the milk and mix with the biological yeast, then add the egg, sugar, butter, wheat flour and mix well
  2. Grease a baking sheet with butter and wheat flour and place the dough, spreading it all over the baking sheet.
  3. For the farofinha I use (in a bowl I put 2 tablespoons of margarine, 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, 3 of sugar and 2 of cinnamon, I mix very well with clean hands and spread it over the dough.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the crumbs are golden.
  5. When serving, place it on the plate and add melted guava on top.
