- Diced buffalo mozzarella1/2 cup
- Red onion cut into half moons1/2 cup
- Cherry tomato cut into 4 parts6 unit(s)
- Chopped Black Olives2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Dried Oregano to taste
- Arrange the ingredients on the flatbread and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Heat the pizza in a nonstick skillet over low heat. Keep covered.
- When the cheese is well melted, serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top.
