- Mix the 3 ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough by hand until smooth.
- To give the point, add more flour until it releases from your hands;
- Roll out the dough very thin (with the help of a rolling pin) on a very smooth and clean surface.
- Cut to the shape and size you want
- Place the filling of your choice in the middle and wet the edges of the dough with a little water to help it stick.
- Close the pastry by pressing a fork to the edges.
- Fry in very hot oil;
- Let the excess oil drain on a paper towel or napkin and that's it.
