- Oat flour11/2 cup
- Whey-free cream1/2 cup
- Butter at room temperature without salt1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Optional egg yolk1 unit(s)
- Place the oatmeal in a large bowl through a sieve.
- Tip: Oatmeal can be substituted for almond flour, rice or whole wheat.
- Add the butter, cream and a pinch of salt.
- Start mixing with a spoon and then mix well with your hands.
- Mix the dough until it is very homogeneous.
- Grease a form with butter. Take small balls of the dough dividing in equal size, place on the shape and with the help of a glass flatten the balls forming an open sfiha.
- Lightly beat an egg yolk and brush all the balls.
- Add the chosen filling, oregano and bake.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Serve!
