  • Organic Yeast50 g
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Onion cut into small cubes1 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Crushed or crushed garlic to taste
  1. Place the egg, milk, sugar, salt, oil and yeast in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Then add the flour and keep stirring until it comes off your hands. Then place it on a marble or granite table and go working with it until it is smooth and kneading. Then let the dough rest for thirty minutes.
  2. For the stuffing you will put the ground beef in a bowl and add the onion, tomato, salt, black pepper, garlic and mix well so that the meat is well seasoned and set aside.
  3. Make small balls with the dough or medium if you want larger esfirras. Here at home I make small ones. Open the balls with your hand and fill with the ground meat and join the sides of the dough, thus making a triangle. Do this successively until finished. Then grease a baking sheet with margarine and flour and place them and brush them with an egg yolk and take them to the preheated oven to bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes depending on the power of the oven to be used, this time may be shorter or longer. Then just take it out and use it. Enjoy your food.
