Puff pastry250 g
Ground beef300 g
grated cheese150 g
Tomato sauce50 g
paprika to taste
Onion1 unit(s)
Pepper to taste
Thyme to taste
Salt to taste

Finely chop the onion. Fry for 5 minutes over moderate heat, adding salt.
Add the minced meat to the onion and add the black pepper. Fry for 12 minutes over moderate heat.
Add the tomato puree, paprika and thyme.
Place part of the mixture over the filo pastry, grated cheese and take two sheets of filo pastry and roll up.
Bake in a pre-oiled pan for 3 minutes over moderately low heat on each side.
