Wheat flour2 cup
Water1/2 cup
Salt1 coffee spoon
Sugar1 coffee spoon
Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
Oil1/2 cup
Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
Mozzarella2 unit(s)
Ham2 unit(s)
Oregano, tomato and onion to taste
Pepperoni to taste

In a bowl mix the flour, oil, sugar, salt, yeast and water.
Mixing well until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
In case you need to adjust the flour and water.
In a medium skillet, open the dough well.
Letting brown on both sides.
With the golden sides, add the tomato sauce, ham, cheese, onion, tomato and oregano.
Cover the skillet over low heat until the cheese melts.
And just serve and taste.
