Salt1 dessert spoon
Heart of palm in small slices2 cup
Onion slices2 unit(s)
Sliced Tomatoes2 unit(s)
Oregano to taste
Butter2 tablespoon
Oil2 tablespoon
grated mozzarella300 g

In the blender, beat the egg, butter, milk for 2 minutes.
Gradually add the flour and beat again until smooth.
Grease a mold with oil and add half of the dough.
Make layers with the hearts of palm, onion, tomato and mozzarella
Add the rest of the dough on top
Sprinkle with oregano and place in the oven to bake for at least 20 minutes or until cooked through.
