- Sour cream200 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Place the cream and salt in a bowl and add the sifted flour. Mix with your hands or in the mixer until you get a consistent dough, similar to bread dough. Tip: if the dough is still too soft after kneading, sprinkle a little more flour. If it gets hard, add a few tablespoons of water or milk.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, this way it will be firmer and easier to model. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a floured bench and cut the discs with about 12 cm in diameter.
- Put the filling of your choice, which can be sweet or savory. Arrange the pastries on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes or until golden. Tip: Brush the pastries with beaten egg yolk, so they look nice after baking.
