Em uma leiteira adicione o leite e quando levantar fervura desligar o fogo. Quando o leite estiver morno, adicione uma colher do iogurte natural e misture, assim que for feito, adicioar orestante do iogurte e mexer bem. Deixar em um recipiente tampado e em um lugar fora do alcance do sol, de um dia para o outro. Recomendo deixar dentro do micro-ondas ou forno

In a milk jug, add the milk and when it boils, turn off the heat. When the milk is warm, add a spoon of natural yogurt and mix, once it's done, add the rest of the yogurt and mix well. Leave overnight in a covered container, out of direct sunlight. I recommend leaving it in the microwave or oven.
