- Wheat for saquibe250 g
- Ground beef200 g
- Warm water to hydrate wheat to taste
- Salt and herbs (I used basil and mint) to taste
- Hydrate the wheat with warm water (amount just to cover the wheat) Let it rest for 20 minutes
- Drain this mixture on a tea towel or sieve. You have to remove all the moisture.
- Add the other ingredients, model and take it to the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Fry in hot oil or in the Airfryer.
