- kibbeh wheat500 g
- Ground beef1 kg
- Seasonings to taste
- Onion, garlic, mint, parsley, salt to taste
- Oil for frying1 to taste
- Soak the wheat for 6 hours
- Drain all the water, and squeeze in a clean dish towel to get all the water out.
- Mix the wheat with the ground meat and all the seasonings you like
- Model in the desired format
- Can be fried, baked or in the Airfryer
