- Cooked chickpeas250 g
- White Tahini2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the chickpeas until very soft (this is what will make the hummus soft and smooth)
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth (2 to 3 minutes) If it's too thick, add a little of the chickpea cooking water.
- Serving tip: add olive oil and sprinkle smoked paprika and finely chopped parsley or chives on top
