- Flour500 g
- Margarine or room temperature butter1 tablespoon
- warm milk200 ml
- Natural yogurt cup1/2 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Organic yeast for bread powder10 g
- In a large bowl place the egg, margarine, milk, sugar, salt, yogurt and yeast and mix well;
- Add the wheat flour and mix with your hands until all the ingredients are incorporated;
- Place the dough on a floured bench and knead for a few minutes;
- Place in the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes covered with a lid and a tea towel;
- Roll out the dough, make rolls and cut small pieces. Place in oiled mold. Let it rest for another 40 minutes. Bake in a moderate oven until golden, about 25-35 minutes. Soon you can enjoy yourself.
