- Wheat flour1 kg
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Sugar4 dessert spoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Warm water400 ml
- Soybean oil80 ml
- Mix all the ingredients without the wheat until well blended.
- Then add the wheat gradually and mix with your hands until the dough is firm. Knead the dough until smooth.
- Reserve the dough covering with a cloth for 50 minutes.
- After the time, separate the dough into portions, take each portion open with a rolling pin and roll up to form a bread.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet greased with margarine for 40 minutes without putting them in the oven, leaving a space between them for them to rise.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° For approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
