  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Sugar4 dessert spoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Warm water400 ml
  • Soybean oil80 ml
  1. Mix all the ingredients without the wheat until well blended.
  2. Then add the wheat gradually and mix with your hands until the dough is firm. Knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Reserve the dough covering with a cloth for 50 minutes.
  4. After the time, separate the dough into portions, take each portion open with a rolling pin and roll up to form a bread.
  5. Place the buns on a baking sheet greased with margarine for 40 minutes without putting them in the oven, leaving a space between them for them to rise.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° For approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
