- Slice of Mozzarella Cheese1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, start breaking the eggs and beat with a fork until foamy.
- Add the tapioca and mix well until smooth.
- Place in a nonstick skillet and let it cook until it comes out of the pan.
- Turn the tapioca over and fill with the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Add oregano and wait for the cheese to melt.
- Fold your crepioca in half and it's ready to serve 😋
