- DOUGH: Wheat flour480 g

- Butter or margarine4 tablespoon
- Oil1 cup
- Salt to taste
- FILLING: Cooked and shredded chicken breast500 g
- Chopped Tomato2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Chopped bell pepper (color of your choice)1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Pea1 can(s)
- Chopped parsley or chives to taste
- Milk250 ml
- Wheat Flour10 g
- Gem for brushing2 unit(s)
- PASTA: 1- Put all the ingredients (of the dough) in a bowl and mix until you form a homogeneous dough (put the flour little by little) 2- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest.
- FILLING: 1- Sauté the onion, tomato, garlic and bell pepper in olive oil 2- Add the chicken and sauté a little more 3- Add the wheat flour (from the filling) and mix well 4- Add the milk all at once and stir quickly 5- Put the peas, salt and parsley 6- When it thickens, turn off the heat and set aside
- FINALIZATION: 1- Place the dough in the molds, pressing to cover the bottom and edges (don't make the dough too thick) 2- Remove the excess and reserve some for the lids 3- Place the rest of the dough on a plastic film, wrap and open with a rolling pin (so the dough does not break) 4- Cut slices a little larger than the diameter of the molds and set aside 5- Fill the pies with the already cold filling and close with the caps and press the edges with your fingertips (do not use the hot filling) 6- Brush the egg yolk onto the pies and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes 7- After roasting, let it cool and unmold 8- Serve :)
